GODIAG GT100 with GODIAG CAS4 CAS4+ Test Platform   can not only perform key programming (add new key and all keys lost), but also synchronize test and troubleshooting. This post will share the guide to use it to test whether the programmed key synchronizes with CAS4/CAS4+ module before installing the module back to the car.     All devices required: GODIAG GT100 OBD2 Break Out Box  ECU Connector GODIAG CAS4 CAS4+ Programming Test Platform CAS4 or CAS4 module BMW Key   Connection: Firstly, connect GODIAG CAS4 Test Platform with CAS4/CAS4+ module Next, plug CAS4 CAS4+ Test Platform connector to GODIAG GT100 directly Then fasten the screw of test platform Finally, supply power to GODIAG GT100, and turn on “POWER” and “12 V (30)” button   Main operation steps: 1.When the key synchronizes with CAS4 CAS4+: Plug the key into the coil of GODIAG CAS4 Test Platform Then the CANL, BAT+, CHAS GND, SIG GND and CANH indicators will be on But the CANL and CANH indicators will turn off immediately.

The purpose to use  Godiag GT100 breakout box with Autel is that its indicators will flash if Autel has a good communication with the CAS4 ECU box.   Look at the following image: -The left one is Godiag GT100 breakout box; -The testing platform is the middle parts (red pcb with a switch, 2 black adapters, 1 key coil). It will be a new testing platform with a shell made by obdii365.com engineer.   - The right one is CAS4 ECU box.   - Another one is Autel key programmer i.e IM608 / IM508 ( in the image it is a code reader because the IM608 is temporarily loaned out by my friend) Press the switch of testing platform, it will flash, when you put a working key into the coil, it will keep flashing. The indicators on Godiag GT100 breakout box will flash to indicator the CAS4 ECU is communicating fine with Autel. By connecting to the Godiag GT100 OBD2 ECU breakout box , MPPS V18 will be able to individually connect to a single Audi A6 ME7.5 ECU to read data, and Godiag GT100 indicator will flash the corresponding protocol light to tell if MPPS V18 is communicating with the ECU good or not.   Tools to use: Godiag GT100 OBD2 breakout box MPPS V18 Audi A6 ME7.5 ECU box Oscilloscope A computer running win7 64 bit   - Audi A6 ME7.5 ECU. - The Oscilloscope is connected and it is how it like when reading data.   - After connecting to the ME7.5 ECU, how Godiag GT100 indicators change, K-line indicator is flashing. - Connected to MPPS V18 . -Is reading flashing. - Use the banana plug to connect the cable and then the Oscilloscope. The cable is optional to connect any device according to your need.   Finally, complete reading data, the oscilloscope data high and low disappear.
